Outdoor activities can be at a leisurely pace taking in the spectacular scenery of the Brecon Beacons or they can be designed to push your mind and body to the limits. Either way at the end of the day you will feel exhilarated, refreshed and like you have had a real insight into some of the best countryside in Wales.

We also offer training in outdoor activities to improve your own skills if you already have some knowledge in a particular field. For the more adventurous, trips to France/Spain can be arranged to try out some bigger caves/canyons.
